we are cooking blue’s clues macaroni & cheese. this will be the first time i have eaten it in over 3 years. i used to eat it once a week before college, and then when i came home on college breaks. my dad and i even had it for christmas dinner once at my request. i never ate it again after i developed an allergy to most aged cheeses. i was too afraid. but i am ready to try. i should be okay… it says it only has a small amount of chedder cheese in it. we will see. we are also having corn. you ge to enjoy corn twice… hehe…

As for the corn, Steph, wait until you have a baby and change their diapers after corn. Changing a diaper is always a different surprise, hmmm what color will it be today???

I’ve reading that you allergic against cheese…
…or better sayed aged cheese, against what ingridence in the cheese do you react allergic?
Well as substitute I would suggest Morcarella-cheese, it’s melting like cheddar, but it’s a very young cheese.
Anyway have a nice meal, and I hope your allergy against cheese is gone, this can happen sometimes.
