Here is Benny with his new friend, Logan, right after I gave Logan his bath. In the spring, Benny is going to have a play date with Logan! I can’t believe how big my baby boy is getting, though he looks tiny next to Logan.
Benny played in the playrooms today. One dog, Buddy, thought Benny was super-dooper sexy. Erm. Benny had fun playing, but only lasted about an hour before he was crashed out in the corner. I’ll have to post a video.
Danny says I jinxed the house contract by mentioning it. The buyer backed out when she found out there is no pool. What?!? We never said there was a pool, jackass! Grr, grr and grrrr. Benny will pimp-slap you!
Did you check up on your realtor and made sure they put all the correct information in your MLS listing? My inlaws had their house on the market for a year because the realtor put they had a built in pool and when people came to look at it no pool and well in Florida it’s expected that everyone has a pool.
The realtor swore up and down that they didn’t put the pool thing in there but it was even in the sunday paper listed with a pool and the realtor wrote the ad herself.

No pool??!? How crazy!! What were they thinking?? That really sucks that they backed out.
