my daddy just came out to virginia and took us for an early wedding anniversary late lunch. we brought a neat-o card that came with stickers to “maintain marital bliss” (one for wife’s pillow: “hubba hubba” one for the closet door: “exceeds limit! access denied!” etc…). there was cash in it – he says we are supposed to spend it on entertainment. you mean we can’t keep sitting at our computers every night instant messaging each other? thank you daddy! i have decided that new sheets can be considered “entertainment” so we will look for those with some of the money. we wanted to go to the chinese buffet, but it was too early. we went to macaroni grill instead. i had penne, danny had fettuchini alfredo, and daddy had lasagna. for dessert i split tiramisu with dan and my dad had cheesecake. yum yum! i couldn’t resit a stop in the bookstore across the street afterwards. it is my dad’s fault for raising me that way. he bought dan an o’reilly book on bash and me the biography of queen elizabeth the somethingth. then we came home. it was really nice to see him 🙂
tomorrow i have to go to the eye doctor to pick up my contacts. while i am in the mall i need my glasses adjusted, and some beading supplies. that and doing work stuff.
psst – i think while i am on spring break that we should go to the club
or at least ill come take you out to dinner 🙂
