where did you get those boots? they are adorable..they look velvet..
they are cloth just-below–the-knee boots (i was wearing thigh highs too). i got them at a department store right before i got married. it was a huge sale… a nightmare to try to get any help cause the shoppers were like vultures, but they ended up costing $20 when they were originally $95.
