i didn’t think the snow was supposed to start till afternoon. i woke up at noon and watched the first half of the real world that i missed on mute. then we got out of bed and saw we already had an inch!

the puppies were sleepy when they first went outside, then they started chasing each other around all silly. i put two movies up in the members’ section already. i really wanted to put one here but that would eat up heaps of bandwidth.

last night i was very productive. i worked for hours building the second wire bunny hutch. i’m so proud of myself! i think i used the pliers to bend at least ten zillion bits of metal to hold it together. i need to buy two sifter feeders, cut out holes for them, and install them. and of course wait for the litter pans to arrive in the mail next week.

also, i disasembled and started to clean our black futon. it was our couch for a long time before we could afford a real one. then we gave it to dan’s brother cause we got a couch and had no room for it. he just moved to cali and gave it back. we put it in the animal room cause that is the only space we had for it. i thought they’d love to curl up on it all day long. instead they decided it made a good litter box. *sigh* so we just can’t keep it. if it stays in there it will get ruined. i pulled the matrress out into the hall, stripped both layers of covers and put them in to wash, put the matress in the guest room to be fabreezed later, disassembled the metal frame into thress smaller pieces to be disinfected later and put them in the guest room too. so next week i am calling salvation army to scedule a pickup of that, some old clothes, and an old sterio. unless anyone in the md/va/dc area wants to come pick up a free, freshly cleaned black futon? let me know a.s.a.p. if you want it.

gonna eat a toaster strudel or whatever it is danny is making me, then get dressed and feed the beasts.
