  1. If your body says you need it, take it. Sometimes you just need to catch-up, especially when you keep odd (meaning ever changing) sleep hours.

  2. in contrast, i think you’ve perhaps gotten too much sleep….you need to find a happy medium in the number of sleep hours your body is satisfied with.

    i find if i sleep-in for too long my body is whipped for the rest of the day…

      • well its also factoring in your day (workday) is like as well. you’ve stated a lot of times that you’re doing web work til late in the evening, where you should be winding down and relaxing prior to bedtime in order to get a restful sleep.

        and that’s another thing….are you sleeping restfully?

  3. Sometimes sleeping too much makes me tired as hell…

    I started a couple years back taking vitimins and vitimin c pills and I can see where that has helped me some since iam a Taco Bell kinda guy 3 or 4 times a week. I feel better all the way around…now its time to loose some weight!!…”bleh”…:op
