oof tired.

last night i stayed up late making presents for my family. i made my dad three framed photos – two of me and one of him, my brother, and i at my wedding. for my brother i framed a photo of him and his wife that i took at my wedding, i printed/cut out childhood photos on magnet paper to make a handmade magnet set, and i made him a marble beaded necklace. for my sister-in-law, i shaped some decrative soaps, made a beaded marble necklace, and started a matching bracelet. i had to finish the bracelet in the car ride up to maryland. i was amazed i was able to get those tiny beads on the clear elastic in a bumpy moving car at dusk. i was lacing it together as we pulled up to my dad’s house, and i tied it off and wrapped it in the house.

all of us met at don pablos. i had a bean taco salad. we exchanged gifties. we got some money and some homemafe winter crafty things from jody. it was great seeing my family. we have to go there more often since dan’s brother is moving to california next we and we’ll have no other family here.

when we got home from dinner i started to work on serve-you.net edits that danny had been waiting on from me. i just now finished them (i hope).

oh, from my dad’s house i borrowed: harry potter #4 (so i don’t have to wait till it is on paper back), my baby scrapbooks made by my mom (i will scan these), and book one of my two baby photo albums (to scan).

tomorrow we got to the bank, the pobox, and fresh fields to get my tea tree oil shampoo. i also need to finish catching up on my work work since i got behind while i was sick.

i have no plans for new years eve night. i’ll probably be sitting here working and not notice when the year changes.
