since going to bed early was not helping me to have a normal schedule (i’d just lay there unable to fall asleep) – today i set my alarn to force myself up earlier. i figure with only 6 hours of sleep i’ll be able to go to bed a bit earlier tonight. maybe?
ugh tired. my body has demanded 8+ hours of sleep a night lately. it is greedy.
I know what you mean. My body is acting really weird about sleep lately. Somebody suggested it might be the time change?
