i pulled a photo collage i made out of the clear front of a very old binder of mine. i wanted to scan some of the photos. as i started to pull off the photos that were taped to a sheet of computer paper i realized that there was something printed on it. it was from our old dot matrix printer…
it was a print out from back when i used to bbs. i think i started on bbs’s when i was around 12. in 94 i moved on to lynx, then soon after got netscape 2. woo internet! my nickname was “fuzz” on the bbs’s. mostly because of a cartoon my friend stephanie and i made in elementary school where the star’s name was fuzzigig or something. heh.
this is a picture of stephanie and me in elementary school. how 80’s is that? i had hello kitty barrettes, a cabbage patch kid tee shirt, and we were wearing my jelly bracelet collecetion as a chain between us.

OMG ! In 94 I was in my first year of living with my current husband whom I married last summer. I didn’t get online until 96 and I was on his sisters older than god IBM ps/2. She had Netscape 3 on it, and my first time on the net I was on for like 9 hours straight ! Love at first sight. That is the only love at first sight senario I actually beleive in. LOL. Since then I have learned much, gotten my computer repair degree, am self-taught in html, and have my own little camsite now. How fast we have learned, and grown. How much of our lives have changed for it too.
