hmm. well i stay the same weight (98-102 lbs) no matter what i eat due to a good metabolism. yet i am a vegetarian so i need to be concerned with my protein and nutrients. i often take protien powder drinks on days i don’t eat soy or eggs. but anyway, i am starting to record what i eat for a while to monitor it. i’m sure what i eat is not terribly exciting, but it is here.
do you have to calculate the carbs/fat/calories yourself, or does the site do it for you?
it does. you just choose the foods you ate or fill in a blank nutrition lable…
I think your weight is more due because of you being a vegetarian than your metabolism.
The protein is what packs the pounds…
