stephanie is: home again…

we are home. i bet you didn’t even know we left… i called the vet at 2:30pm cause the sniffles india has had for a couple days weren’t clearing up. she’s been getting gross snot strings from her nose. the vet’s office was going to say they had nothing today, but i told her i lived very close and they squeezed me in at 3pm.

everyone cooed and hugged and gave her treats when we got there, hehe. she is irrisistable. my appointment was with the dr in charge of the practice and his young apprentice. it was neat seeing the younger dr diagnose her then the older doctor give more suggestions and ask the right questions. they said she looks good except for the obvious snotty nose, so they are putting her on an antibiotic. she got her nose clipped and got to eat squeeze cheese, mm hehe. i dropped off a fecal sample (poop in a sammich bag, mm) since i had made a note of a fresh poo that morning in case i was going to the vet with her. she piddled in the grass on the way in like a big girl. now she is passed out tired. hopefully her sniffles will be gone in a couple days!
