groggy…
tired, hehe. new mommy syndrome. we went to sleep at 1am ish. i woke up with the puppy at 4am and we headed downstairs to go pee. she started crying and didn’t make it without piddling. we went out and bean showed her what she should have done. we came back upstairs and i amused her with a stuffed duck for 20 minutes. china stayed awake untill she heard the puppy snoring then she went back to sleep too. i never got back to sleep. the curse of a recovering insomniac. 6am dan’s alarm went off. i carried that puppy downstairs that time. she made a poopie outside for me. it took her a while to eat her breakfast. she’ll have to learn to eat it right away in this house or else it gets eaten by someone else. she is sound asleep under my chair now and bean is asleep in her normal spot on the hard floor.
around 8am our power started strobing on and off. not good. we have some ups’s but i guess the servers got all bitchy. dan helped me get the firewall back up over the phone and he is going to help me with all the servers in a few.
i called the vet and they asked that i call in a couple hours because their puters were down. maybe our whole neighborhood lost power?
i am damn tired but no naps till i finish my work.
