it is friday! do a little dance!
so for those who are curious- no, i have not been working on a redesign of the main design of my site. surprisingly enough i am still happy will it overall. i think this is the longest one of my sites has looked about the same. it just fits me a guess. but i HAVE been starting edits to nearly every single page (that is a lot of pages). cleaning up, improving, changing catagories, changing my name and the copyright year, adding pictures and movies, adding content, bleh bleh. the part that took the longest so far was changing the interface of the webcampics galleries. i had to go through every single picture and pick out guest images (i haven’t made it through 2001 yet), then i had to change every gallery data file so i can have the prev and next images show up. at least i am nearly done that job… but lots more to do, pages to improve, content to add…
my eye hurts much less. i feel like i have an owie in my lower lid (as i do) now instead of feeling like i was punched in the face.
so do you all want a cam show or something soon? since i can upload my pics in 1.1 seconds now instead of it taking 45 seconds… what would you want?

I checked out STVLive. I love oddities, but can’t get postcards or paper dolls to work for me. I keep getting error messages 🙁

T1 vs DSL
Maybe you missed an earlier question/reply i posted, but was wondering why you guys chose a T1 over business-class DSL?
I’ve heard the DSL can be cheaper and faster than a T1, though I myself haven’t explored the options.

we had business class dsl in our apartment. we tried to get it twice in the new house but after month of waiting we were told we couldn’t both times.
Re: T1 vs DSL
The only benefit of DSL is price (which when talkin 1.5M/1.5M is only a few hundred cheaper). DSL is not as reliable as a T1, and the business service SLA’s suck compared to those of a T1. At first I was dissapointed that we could not get DSL, but I am much happier getting the T1 now, becuase I have the capability to do so much more with it, than I could with DSL.
