All of which is irrelavent anyway without chicken.. btw.. I was told this story yesterday.. A friend of mine working in a restaurant served an Indian (not native american) woman an enchilada which she summarily vomited… Turns out this enchilada normally with chicken was requested without. This woman had not eaten meat in OVER 48 years! and in one fell swoop her entire defined life was altered because someone wasn’t paying attention while making her enchilada// I want to laugh, but it’s a horrible thing to happen…
