hello. busy day. over the weekend we have been having trounbles with a gurgling and over-flowing toilet on the first floor. i thought it was possesed, but the plumber who came out this morning found out that there was a bunch of construction debris in the pipe. the punch-out from the pipe was down in it clogging things – as well as gunk and wood chips and stuff. after he had that all fixed (under warentee of course) we ran some errands. i got stuff to make my family xmas cards with, while danny was next door getting some new power strips for the servers. then we stopped at home depot for a new drill so danny could start in on building his workbench when we got home.
i heated up some leftover italian food and brought it out to him while he worked. i ate the leftover thanksgiving (bean burritos and mexican rice) then showered and did more unpacking and cleaning. my brother and his wife stopped by to see the house. we wanted to go out to dinner but danny was caught up in his building in the gargage. i came out at one point to see how he was doing and before i said a word he said “go away! i love you, but stop bothering me”. ugh. we they waiting a bit longer, playing with bribri, then they decided to head home. danny came up later and appologized for snapping at me.
i just got my external modem hooked up to my main computer so i don’t have to use my laptop. i will do work on my temporary site tomorrow night to get a little cam up. so to see me all day at work and in the evenings when i dial in, go to: http://stephanie.innanen.com/.
danny just showed me his finished work bench. it looks good. and he is happier now that he is done.

I’ve gotten in some pretty nasty moods before when engaged in woodworking and something went wrong, like ruining a perfectly good piece of wood by cutting just a l-i-t-t-l-e bit too far 🙁

I wanna get in there. Alas, They don’t make tubs like that for guys my size. My elbows and my butt we get wet and that would be about it. You should try putting Mr Bubble in there and turning on the jets. I dare ya!
