well, i’m up bright and early today. i woke up at 8am. last night i felt so miserable with my cold, that i just got ready for bed and watched an audry hepburn movie till i went to sleep at 12:30am. danny went to sleep at like 8pm and he is still in bed. poor sleeyhead!

yesterday was a long day. work was long and my brain power was limited do to my nasty cold. at lunch, three of us went to a nearby sex toy store. hehe, now now get your minds out of the gutter. the whole store was filled with halloween costumes. we just had to avoid looking at the stuff hanging on the walls. my mission was to get shoes for my halloween costume. danny is going to be a pimp and i will be his ho. hehe, it is a good costume set since i will only wear it inside our apartment during our costume party. i will wear something different to work on halloween and to hand out candy. the sex shop had the perfect hooker shoes right inside the door. i chose the cheapest ones. the nice lady that worked there said that they were about to pack them away to make room for more halloween stuff. the store was already hard to walk through. i wonder what they normally have in all that space the rest of the year… okay maybe i don’t want to know! at one point when i was looking at some very slutty shoes, the saleslady came over and said “my daughter has those”. i was thinking um, okaaaayyy…. but then she pointed to my powerpuff girls keychains. hehe. so i got my shoes. i have to practice walking in heals more. they are little shoes opposed to boots bacause i want to be able to take them off easily in case of techincal difficulties. i think i will sit down a lot. hehe! i know what bootie shorts i am getting but i don’t know what top yet. the sex shop lady showed me some but they were things i would not wear in front of my friends. i will have to look around more. all the people around my age at work kept coming down to our office to see the infamous shoes when we got back.

on my way home from work i made myself stop at my p.o.box, even though i was feeling terrible. i hadn’t been there all week. my box was crammed with little manilla envelopes and i had two small boxes. that brightened my day a lot because i never get “just because” mail… i got a box full of goodies from silly spooky girrlie, a halloween car and powerpuff girl toy car from jim aka spooky, a little beanie baby pug dog(!!) from another jim that had the note “happy belated birthday), a yoga music cd from jack, and two cds from a band i havn’t heard from (i haven’t listened to them yet but here is their url: http://www.mccmusic.com/). that is more mail than i have gotten in several months! it really brightens a lousy day to receive a surprise pile of silly little odds and ends.

i didn’t do anything last night. just sat there feeling awful for a while till i decided to go to bed. i don’t know what we are doing today. i feel a little better so far, but i always feel okay in the mornings cause my medicine is still at work. i don’t have a bunny vet appoinment anymore. they left me a voicemail at work saying the doctor that is in today doesn’t know bunnies and i need to make a new appointment for monday night. okay just got off the phone – i have a 6:20pm appointment so check the sexes of both bunnies and see who needs fixing. danny and i need to start looking at thrift stores for a pimp suit for him real soon. we only have free time on the weekends, and if i have to do any alterations i’ll need some time. zat eez all for now!
