i am having lemon cookies and a cranberry juice. it’s be best i can do from the vending machines. i will have a good lunch. i promise!
this will sound icky, but it is a tried and true russian remedy for a sore throat. i love it so much that i even drink it when i don’t have a sore throat!
Buttered Tea
-make a big cup of regular tea
-add a bit of cinamon and nutmeg
-a lemon rind
-a ball of unsalted butter (not margarine)
stir it all up and let the butter melt. sip it slowly through a straw and your sore throat will feel immediately better! š
