home fries
it’s interesting that i can get home fries in a restaurant, but when i have fries at someone’s home they look like the kind of fries i get at a restaurant, even though they are NOT called restaurant fries. i mean, the french fries i get at a restaurant ARE the kind i get at home, but the ones CALLED home fries are NOT the kind i get at home, even though they are at a restaurant, not a home. i mean, if the french fries were CALLED home fries they WOULD be home fries because those are the kind you get at home. now it would REALLY be different if you WERE french, and were eating fries at home, but let’s not even go there.
