stephanie is: uncomfortable uncomfortable.

okay, this is going to be too much information, but it is what is on my mind, so there! my tummie has been queasy since yesterday evening. i had a big salad for lunch and then that evening i stopped being able to digest it. my poop turned green with lettuce in it both last night at first thing this morning, and just now i saw last night’s soup as if i barely chewed it. i think my tummie is being lazy! get to work tummie! i would like to actually digest some food so i am getting nutrients from it. um, okay – enough poo talk for now, hehe.

sorry if my cam was not on from 3am to 4:30am… i woke up to find my puter had been used. dan had tried to put me on the firewall, and aparently my puter would have none of that. dan ended up taking down the firewall cause of my retard mac….

  1. Hmm, you should contact your doctor ASAP if…

…it’s not turning better till tomorrow. That sounds pretty weird, especially that it comes out that fast, normally food takes a few days to pass through your body(bad english, sorry) exept you’ve eaten some realy hot, like chillies, than it’s faster, (err TMI, too I guess).
Hmm, “green” that could be the salad, but it can be the sign of some seriously illness.

I recognized the downtimes, but the last time I have not much time to visit your site 🙁 (to much work).

I hope you feel better soon.

well food usually take about 10 hours to make it through me. i have a super fast metabolism and have to poo 5+ times a day, hehe. hopefully my tum will settle down. the green is gone (must have been the salad) but i am still me digesting things right. i am eating a muffin now…

if something stays inside of me more than a day somethings is wrong. my metabolism is very fast also… i prolly poo at least 3 times a day lol….. i dont think ive ever told anyone that fact b4 LOL

  2. You have to steph in here, me thinks. Dan is playing too long with this fire thingie. Before you know he makes you in-fer-no connections. And we don’t want that, don’t we?

  3. poo

I know that some medications (coupled with other factors) can cause the stomach to empty into the intestines prematurely. Maybe it was an allergy med? I don’t know what you are taking specifically so I can only guess.

I remember a while back I was taking an anti-nausea med that caused the “results” you mentioned. It is commonly given to cancer patients during chemotherapy so they get some nutrition, but that is what it was supposed to do. (Get it into the intestines before you spew it!) My, was that ever weird.

I hope you are feeling better!!

    • Re: poo

i thought maybe it was that since i took my stong prescription expectorant last night (which didn’t help bah!) but all this started before i took it… my tum is starting to feel better. hopefully it will be happy soon.

  4. Poo poo what a doo doo!

White bread, cinnamon, blueberry jam or juice and absolutely no fats will thicken the slurrie. But careful, this can easily turn it into concrete.

  5. TMI from me.

I’ve had green poop before. It scared me, only because it occured to me that I digested/passed the salad type food within a couple hours. I told my BF and he was grossed out. I think certain types of salad are hard to digest and just pass through.

    Ewww.
Okay, just wanted to say you’re not alone.

  6. something you might want to check out …

I used to have some real digestive challenges, but started taking this stuff on a daily basis about 3 years ago … instead of having a funky gut 2-3 times a week, I might get one 2-3 times a year! Yay! Anyway, this is a multi-enzyme supplement which helps to digest pretty much whatever you toss into your system.

Click on the bottle or go HERE for info on the product, or go HERE for ordering info, background on the company, and the rest of the R.S.I. catalog!

  7. too much info right back at ya 🙂

stephanie- do you ever take enzymes? You should because they will digest your food FOR you without you doing anything. If I don’t take them with milk ( lactaid) or tomatoes or beans I have the same problem- as if my body cant digest certain things by itself.
You can just go to the drugstore and get a bottle of complete enzymes- it will have enzymes to digest protein, lactose, etc etc. I will email you wil the ones I buy when I find the link- i get it from mother nature.com because the ones in the store often have ox bile in em which means it isnt totally vegetarian.
    i feel your pain. lol

  8. Green Poop

Well, since we are being open, frank and borderline disgusting let me share as well. Purple foods such as certain types of red lettuces, grape juice, grape koolaid can give you green poop. Had an incident where my son drank gallons of purple koolaid at the day care. Turned his poop green. Being the concerned parents we called the pediatrician. Of course she had a real good laugh.
