grrr… no servers yet. i left a voicemail on danny’s cell phone so he will know they are down when his class breaks for lunch. supposeing sprint actually delivers the voicemail. i just had someone trace our router for me. it is up! that means the power prolly went down and the puters didn’t reboot. then i can turn everything back on when i get home. i hope that’s it, cause if it is the dsl, we won’t be able to get in touch with people to fix it until tuesday. and that is very not good.
please do a happy server dance for me! and if you need to email me, you can write to [email protected] till we are back up.

good lord, I thought I set my browser to no-cache. I just reinstalled it… hmph, I’d never have thought.
I fear not, the icons load from our browsercaches, I just visited stvlive.com, the front page loads from my cache too, but none of the links there respond.

UPS system?
Has danny ever thought about getting a ups unit so that the servers won’t go down every time the power goes out? Just a thought, and I’m curious.

I love UPS’s. I got a couple from a company I once worked for who generously donated them when they were bought out by another company. They came home with me right before the stiff necked ‘suit’ came in with all of our pink slips. I would highly recommend them!
