i let work after the sparkly things left my
vision. bad bad bad migrane. i was sitting there crying, about to throw up. i have to do my work tonight. i havn’t had a migraine in over a year. i forgot how terrible i get them. driving home was very very hard. there were moments when i nearly drove right through red lights or other cars cause i couldn’t focus. didn’t a man with a migraine kill a family of four once? i have to drive again in a few hours to go to my doctor’s appointment. i wish it were a later one so danny could be here to drive me. i guess i will wait and se ehow i am then. i might have to rescedule it. ow ow ow ow. i guess i will lay down. it doesn t help at all but the computer makes it worse. i bet this is full of typos because i am not looking at the screen and i am shaking.

    i get migraines more often than i used to…they are awful…sometimes all i want to do is sleep but it hurts so badly that i can’t…so when i DO get to sleep, i feel sooo much better when i wake up 24 hours later =)

    Please Please Please take a taxi to your doctors appointment. Please do NOT drive. It is not safe for you to drive and I want you to be at the doctors for just the headache and not for a car wreck. Just take a taxi, and then take one back home. You can then close your eyes in the taxi as well and not make it worse by driving too.

    I go through phases of having 2 or 3 a week. Please, don’t drive to the doctors appointment! It’s not worth the risk. Can’t Danny leave work early to take you?

    You could try an isotonic drink (sport drink), when you feel a headache coming. Headaches can be caused by bad metabolism (mineral balance in your blood). Sometimes strong coffee with real sugar can help too. Another trick for immediate relief is lying face down on a lawn or grass field for a while, preferably taking a little nap during a break. If you’re having headaches regularly, you should check your diet, like if you’re not eating snacks and sweets instead of real food. Or if you’re drinking enough liquids during the day. Which last one is OK when your urine resembles the color of water. ??
