when we got to best buy for dan’s car stereo appointment, they told us they didn’t have the installation kit for his car. wtf?? why do they bother to accept appointments when they don’t check if they have the parts first. we went to california pizza kitchen anyway. i had hummus and a tostada pizza with no cheese. my nose had been bothering me all day and when i blew it during the meal, a giant blood clot came out and all this bloody snot. i was shocked and staring at it. danny had to tell me to cover it up cause people could see. i wrapped it in a napkin and when to the bathroom till my nose stopped bleeding. it wasn’t dripping blood out but it had a bit of blood in it for a minute or two. there hasn’t been any since but i have a wicked sinus headache. i want to work on the site now but i have to go lay down.

after lunch we drove out to our new house. i wasn’t expecting there to be much of a change since last week – but they sure work fast!

  1. blowing your nose

I had that happen to me, twice. Both times signalled a nasty sinus infection — but I can’t remember if it happened at the BEGINNING or the END of it. Oops. Either way, Advil Cold and Sinus is great for that stuff. Try and stay healthy!!

  2. check your humidifier on the ac

blood clots and bloody noses in the morning often come from ac running at night, taking all humidity outa the air. Then the nasal passages dry up and crack. Blood clots form. Then when you blow in the morning, they break loose and your nose starts to bleed again. At least that’s what occurs in the humid south lots of times. Many times its and indication of AC problems.

oh that is soooooooooooooo grooooooosssss. Why did ya bring that up.
