we just got back from seeing mission impossible 2 (dun dun duhduh, dun dun duhduh). tom cruise kicks much ass in it. we saw it in a sorta yuckie mall theater nearby though. the lady beside me stunk! not like b.o. at least. but her strong perfume smelled like deodorant. i hate that smell. and my nose never adjusted to the smell – i kept noticing it all throughout the movie.
i am very sleepies now. 5 hours of sleep last night. i was going to take a nap this afternoon but i felt gross and bloated so i showered instead.
ima go to bed now. sleep tight, and don’t let the bedbugs bite!

Hiya, I hate when people wear too much perfume. I collect perfume and perfume bottles but I try really hard to be sensitive to other peoples space in terms of sound and smell. Ya know? I ahte it when people blaast their stereos and you’re forced to hear their music, it interupts my rythm and competes for attention wiht whatever sounds i ahve going on. Well it’s the same wiht smell only worse I think. I think cheap commercial perfume can actually be bad for you. My cats hate my perfume. they don’t mind natural oils as much but anything commercial and they make the funniest wrinked up faces and scat.
Wanna see Mission Impossible too. I liked Tom Cruise in magnolia a lot. Lots of friends disagree though.

I agree with you – loved Tom Cruise in Magnolia. Bought the soundtrack and it is one of my favorites right now – Aimee Mann does a fantastic job. I think the movie Magnolia kind of grows on you – granted I have only seen it once, but it is that kind of movie that you think of from time to time and it seems to just get better. Going to buy it when it comes out on video. I don’t know if anyone else does this but I play videos as mood enhancers – don’t have to actually watch it – but just have it on while I am doing stuff around the house.
Posted for several local contests for tickets to see Mission Impossible 2 – hope I win the one that has free tickets, a t-shirt and the soundtrack CD.

That would have driven me nuts! Not all perfumes, but many of them bother my allergies.
I probably would have been sneezing, with itchy, waterey eyes.
I’ve worn the same brand of aftershave most of my adult life. Once I find a scent that doesn’t bother my allergies, I stick with it.

ruined a good movie
you had to be miserable! strong perfume makes it hard for me to breathe, kinda like it sucks the oxygen out of the air. it’s bad when you spend your hard earned money to go and be entertained and to have it ruined by someone that is so inconsiderate of others!
