stephanie is: grumpy grumpy…

grrr… i got a lot done this morning out on the balcony with my laptop, but i got queasy and asked dan to call me in an hour so i could lay down and still get up to do more worque. i tossed and turned and finally got comfy after 30 minutes when someone knocked on the door. it was maintenance asking that i move my car. there was a water main break right out front our building in the parking lot! they were evacuating half he lot as there was this big erruption in the asphalt that was oozing this wet muddy crappy stuff. it looks like a hole to hell is about to open. parking is going to be hell for a few days. we have no water (but the toilet flushed, lucky for me. it’s no fun being sique with no toilet!) and the a/c isn’t working. what does a/c have to do with the water? anyone? grr grr rant grr.

i am going to go do more worque now.

  1. ohh ick!

I know your grumby in all but, there was one line there that made me laugh out loud! I think some of my co-workers were wondering. This line here… “it looks like a hole to hell is about to open.” & “and the a/c isn’t working. what does a/c have to do with the water? anyone? grr grr rant grr.”
I don’t know why I thought it was funny..I may be sitting at my computer for to long. Anyways, I hope they get that crap cleaned up!

BTW::I know how it is to not have a tiolet working and being sick! hehe We had our sewer system dug up right when we moved into our new house. It would over flow everytime we did laundry! It was much fun for 3 weeks!

  2. A/C

My SO works on A/C’s/furnaces/etc… and said that the only thing he could think of that might affect the A/C is if you have a geo-thermal unit. Otherwise, he couldn’t figure out why lack of water would cause no A/C. OK, so I’m no help, but I thought I’d tell you anyway.
Hope you feel better soon. I hate having an upset stomach.
    Kel
