i usually bite my cheeks, but this one is from and center lower lip – right where the top of my lower teeth can rub it raw all day. ow ow.

ouch! That sucks! luckily they say the inside of your mouth heals the fastest!

And yeah, the inside of the mouth heals fast, but not if you keep wounding the same spot.
