Jax did great at his one week follow up appointment! He’s gained back all of his birth weight and then some.  He’s now 6lbs 15.5ozs. Everything looked good, though we got some eye ointment to help out with the crusties he gets from blocked tear ducts. The NP we saw said that because he was gaining so well and my milk is fully in, I can try doing one 5 hour stretch between feedings overnight. That will be wonderful if I’m able to manage it!

We signed up for Sykpe last night so that family and friends can video chat with Jax. It makes things easier with so many of you on the other side of the country. Let me know if you’d like my username.
