Well, I was supposed to work from home today and go to a dentist appointment at noon. It was to be the first of my 4 appointments to “deep clean” my teeth (since i hadn’t been o a dentist in so long). My dentist plans to do my mouth in quadrants. But I got a call at 9 am form the hygienist who said my dentist had her baby a month early last night! So my appointment is rescheduled for he 10th of June. I asked for a Friday morning appointment so I could go before our late day at work. While it is nice that I don’t have to go today, I am bummed I have to wait so long to start this process.
I really like the dentist Danny picked out. When we got there for our consultation we were offered green tea. The office was very earthy and pretty with bamboo and bonsai plants all over. They covered me in a chenille blanket during my exam. Much better than all the dentist and ortho trips I had to make growing up!
This weekend was all chores, web work, and watching my boss’ dogs. It was way to short.
I have a lot of email from you guys I need to answer… I will get to it soon, I promise! I am trying to work on my freelance projects (we are going to need the big bucks to take care of my deep cleaning and Danny’s dental work (he has some teeth in much worse shape, unfortunately).
I have also started redoing Stvlive. After much soul-searching and discussions with Danny about what direction I want to go with it, I think I have figured it out. Now I just need more hours in the day, dammit!
Well, back to work. Mm, my boss brought me a soy chai latte!
