I know this sweet dog from when I worked in daycare. It is killing me to read that he is about to be homeless.
I can’t really foster because my girls have very specific personality conflicts that would make it hard for them to accept any dog other than a young puppy who could learn his place in the pack. Just one of this things you deal with having protective breeds like chows and shar peis.
But Chewey is a wonderful dog. Is there anyone in the NOVA area who is looking for a dog or would be willing to foster. I believe he will need a home by the 19th. Poor Chewey.
