so, p@yp@l has decided that my site is too mature for their services. while i am sad to loose access to a service i have enjoyed since 2000, i am ready for change. and with the increasing number of people being screwed over by them (add me to the list as they have just informed me via form-letter that they will not even review my case regardless of the lack of nudity on my site), it is probably for the best.
so, what direction do i take my site in? it has only ever been a pay-for-access site to cover/reduce the bandwith costs. i can not afford to make the whole site free. if i go free, most of the gallery will go away. i can instead go with an actual credit card billing service (with the exception of visa cards as they charge huge yearly fees). i’d loose like 15% of what people pay, but my site makes no profit anyway. it would be a loss of funds i didn’t have to start with.
yeah… well, here is a little poll for you. i am leaning towards just signing up for the new billing service as i’d hate to destroy my huge gallery…
i must go to bed. i am being trained on how to do dog evaluations tomorrow.
