sleepy…
today i ate a piece of apple pie from trader joe’s after my lunch. halfway through it my tongue was burning. by the time i finished, my tongue was numb and i had pins and needles from my cheeks to my chin and i was a little puffy. is that an allergic reaction? the only thing different that i noticed from any other apple pie i eat is that the topping had walnuts. hm.
off to bed… i’ve already had a 2 hour nap, but time for more sleep. work tomorrow.
