tired…
went to work today. india came along. she got a lot of playing done. two of the girls helped me trim her nails before we left. i took her for a walk around petco on the way home because she gets so scared there and at the vet (and i figure if i can get her used to there, it can only help when i take her to the vet). she was wearing a bandana with red hearts on it and i kept saying SHE and HER but people kept calling her a him. do i need to have her nails painted at work too? i took her on a quick walk around the block after i parked my car – more to stretch my legs. most of the sidewalks were not shoveled still.
after work i finished the baby blanket i was making for my boss’ new baby boy, aidan. we didn’t know what the gender was going to be, but he arrived a month early, so they are postponing the baby shower for a while. now that i know the gender i think i’ll make some blue booties and a hat or something to go with it. maybe a stuffed toy too…

i have had two nights with the humidifier – one went well and last night didn’t… so i have no clue if it works for me yet. i did soak in a bath full of special oatmeal anti-itchy stuff till the water was beyond cold and that helped my dry itchy skin. winter sucks.
i was going to clean the kitchen but i am out of time. wake up time in 5.5 hours.
