my three-day-weekend is over… back to work tomorrow. my schedule is kinda screwy next week due to the holidays so i have off tuesday and saturday instead of friday and saturday.
i spent yesterday doing work for the redesign of my work’s web site.it will be going live in early january. it is coming along very nicely. i just wish i had more time to work on it. it will be my evening project until i get it done. i will work on it tuesday as well.
i got the homeless animals rescue team (where we got china from) newsletter in the mail today and it had a page about the fashion show benefit we did. they made a collage of some of the photos i took.
i have been getting very behind in sorting through cam pics due to lack of time. i am going to try doing a little each night before bed. instead of letting each camera save images to a folder for several days (adding up to 30,000 pics to go through), i will set them to a new folder each night and go through the 1,500 or so from the day before. not all the cams save to my hds… only 6 (since i can’t handle saving more than that). so members, please capture pictures you find interesting. i scheduled a show for january 4th… i am too busy this week to do one earlier.
tonight i took danny out to dinner at macaroni grill. i hadn’t eaten all day. they gave me less pasta than usual and i ate it all. afterwards we went grocery shopping for the first time in ages. i had to throw out most of what was in our fridge because it was stale or rotten. i think we forgot a few things.
i ran errands earlier today. i went by the p.o. box… there was a christmas present for danny there. then i braved the maul so i could get my glasses adjusted and use a $10 gift card towards two long-underwear shirts for work (layers are good – it can be super cold in the morning then you get really warm when mopping a whole gym). last stop was the pet store for bunny food, timothy grass, crickets, and a reptile bulb.
i must go get in bed now. i am not that tired… i’ll watch some t.v. and hopefully be able to sleep soon. i wake up at 6:30am on sundays for work. tomorrow danny wants me to wake him up when i get home so we can go to the free afternoon pool at car pool. woo, pool!
