a little tired…
i didn’t get to sleep until well after 11am, as i was all excited about hearing back about the doggie job. i slept on and off and dreamt that danny was in a car accident and was having trouble breathing. i checked on him when i got up at 7pm since he had been having an asthma attack when we went to bed.
at 9m i was cooking dinner and beginning to wonder why the girls had been doingtheir dogs-walking-by-our-house bark for so long. i got the bread out of the oven and looked out the window until a saw a doggie without a leash wandering around peoples’ yards. i was only in my robe, but he was getting close to the busier street at the end of ours so i grabbed a dog biscuit and went outside. he was at the other street when i got out there and i saw another doggie that i recognized as one that my neighbor was fostering. i decided i must be smoking crack and that our neighbor was prolly just around the corner walking them off a leash. i turned back towards the house and noticed our neighbor’s door was wide open. oops. so i went down to the end of the street to where the smaller dog i recognized was and called the other one over. he came over happily along with a third dog (no surprise – they really love to foster dogs). they were very excited and not at all interested in my cookie, so i just made happy sounds and ran with them back into their house. i rang the bell when they were back inside and my neighbor’s brother (who recently moved in there) came to the door looking rather confused as to why i was standing at his open door in my robe (erm, how YOU doin?). he had no clue how the dogs got out, but was grateful they were back safe. that is the second time i’ve found a doggie wandering the neighborhood after getting out it’s front door. the first time they never even thanked us.
there is a cam show around 11pm. ima go take care of new member stuffs then figure out what i will be doing for it. later, i will do site work and laundry. i will try to get to bed before 4 or 5 so i can hit the old navy and h&m at the maul tomorrow. i have to get my schedule changed to waking up around 5:30am by tuesday.
