tired…
long day!
danny and i went to bed at 5am saturday morning. early for our normal schedule, be he got off work early and i had to be up at 8:30am. i ended up wakeing up before my alarm at 8 – probably because i had napped for an hour or too the night before. i showered and dressed, and 
azcra and krizsa picked me up at 9:30am.
we stopped by the circle-k for drinks and stuff, then dropped krizsa back at their home. she had kindly come along because azcra doesn’t know the area around my house and i don’t know the area around hers.
azcra drove and i was navigator to go to our photoshoot. i had felt silly having a big duffel bag full of gear, but azcra had that plus another bag, so i felt better (since she has more experience going on shoots). the trip was quick from her house and we lucked out on parking right outside his studio.
the photographer was really nice, and i think we got a lot of nice stuff. i’ve only seen a few little thumbnails so far. can’t wait to see this finished product! some of the things we did were: leg shots together in fishnets, sorta dominatrix shots (i was the sub – i’m not sure what they were doing ebhind me… hehe), 2 outfits each separately, together in beaded headdresses, and together in oriental fabrics. hopefully i wasn’t making my famous goober faces in all of them. or giving him the “stink eye” (as azcra calls it) because my contacts were dry.
the shoot went from 10:30am to around 3pm. we tried stopping for food on the way back to her place but a lot of places are still closed because our area has unsafe/spotty water thanks to isabel. they drove me home after i had washed off my photoshoot/whore makeup, ripped out my contacts (never did find the left one), and stolen a few potato chips.

i called danny at 3pm to tell him the shoot was over, and accidently woke him up. i was surprised he was still asleep. when i get home after 4pm he was still asleep, so i climbed in bed and napped from 5pm-8pm. i think he got up a little before me. he had a headache from all that sleeping, but his body obviously needed it.
we played some cheap pool at the santa fee cue club (attached to hard times cafe). we like car pool more, but they are pricey unless you go weekend afternoons. danny picked out some classic rock for me on the jukebox. when “sweet home, alabama” came on, this couple dressed in super cowboy country outfits started dancing together around their pool table. awwww.
i’ve been working since i got home. i should go to bed… i am really hungry though, having only eaten one meal today. but lots of our food is bad from 15 hours without power and a severe need for grocery shopping. fooood. sleeep. *thud*
i am going to have 3-headed alien babies because i forgot about the whole tainted water thing and brushed with tap water this morning. it tasted like chlorine (which is what reminded me too late). we stopped and got some bottled water for tooth-brushing and pill-taking. i boiled up another huge pot of water for the animals. they go through a lot.
