in need of a shower…
i only have about 20 braids to go, woo! but all the ones i have left are 3 months old so they do take longer to comb out.
i just took a break from braiding to clean out the fridge, freezer, and pantry and write a grocery list. i had been planning just a quick trip to the store on my own, but i now see we really need a full trip so perhaps it would be easiest to go together.
tomorrow i have an interview. i am worried they will pick someone with more windows experience instead of someone like me who has been on macs but really knows web design. i’ll just have to see how it goes. from all i know from the job description, i really want this job despite it being on a pc.
i am looking forward to persis’ arrival friday night! moose kindly offered to help me pick her up since she is arriving via national airport and i really only know how to metro to/from there. thank you moose! yesterday when i went to the maul to try on more interview shirts at h&m, i put together a silly little gift bag for persis. i still have to wash the guest bedding and towels before she arrives, but i have thursday afternoon and all day friday for that. the puppies could use bathes too.
i’ve been having sore throats at night which have really affected the quality of my sleep. it happens for a week or two this time of year thanks to some sort of allergin. i look forward to it passing.
i need a shower, but i have to wait for the dish washer to get past the wash phase first. i will continue to braid while i wait.
