after some quality time in the hotel we dressed and walked in the sprinkles to get dinner around 9:30pm. i found out i had missed a blister when i treated my feet and had to take care of a 10th (!) one when we got back. it is rare that i get blisters… but 10!!? ow. stupid sand. we went to a little mexican place that had a vegetarian menu (and that we had a $5 coupon for). i had vegetable fajitas. afterwards we had those dairy queen chocolate-dipped cones while we walked back to the room. i got to sleep around 11:30pm or midnight (very late for me on a vacation). i woke up an hour ago before sunrise (it is just starting to come up now though you can’t see from our parking lot view a block from the beach, hehe). i put my glasses on the see the clock on danny’s side and it was exactly my birthday time. though, i was born emergancy c-section so i don’t know how speedy that was. i am not good at sleeping past sunrise in hotels unless i am very tired and have a super soft bed (not gonna happenat comfort inn).
argh trying to figure out how to upload an image via ssh terminal without dannyy’s help but i wasn’t paying enough attention yesterday. (he just told me)
