pretty good…
well, in spite of only getting 3 hours of sleep thanks to my uterus, i’ve had a good day. my daddy drove down in his new car to have dinner with us.
he got a hybrid car with a gps system i covet. i had emailed him the address of the mongolian stir fry place we chose, so he had it programmed in when he arrived. he drove us there using the gps’ instructions. i get lost nearly every time i am behind the wheel – i would love one of those things some day! we had a tastey stir fry meal. danny and i had noodles and my dad had rice. we got frozen yogurt afterwards – it is nice after spicy food.
he drove us back to our place and i ran in to get his fathers’ day gifts. this was the first time i had seen him this month, so he had only gotten a scan of the card i decorated for him (he said he printed it out and showed it off at work *beam*). i gave him a set of coasters made of circuit boards, and a pretty dark cobalt blue glass that says “geek.” on it.
i chose a card with blank spots to draw in, then drew cartoons of us.

well, we are still trying to figure out something special to do for my birthday. we are looking into a night or two somewhere close like baltimore or ocean city… one or two of you asked about donating to the cause as my gift… comment here if you are interested, and if there are at least a couple of replies i can put a birthday fund paypal thing or something.
