so after only getting a few hours of sleep monday morning i was determined to sleep for a week straight. well, i didn’t manage a week, but i did sleep around 12 hours (after waking an hour into it completely unable to breathe through my nose and taking a benadryl which knocked me completely) so good enough. i woke up to a couple emails about freelance work and a call about an interview. always in bursts, it seems. i am trying to decide if i should stay up and call them back around 9am, or go to bed early (around 5am) with an email to the contact that i will call them at a certain time in the afternoon. hm, leaning towards option 2 since it puts me a little closer to the day schedule i’d need both for a job interview and for the possibility of danny covering first-shift next week. but if danny was in the mood to go out to breakfast or something after his shift tonight option one would work out well. it sounds like he will be busy and tired tonight though.
i am not yet getting my hopes up at all about the possible job as i know very little about it and it is very tough to get a job without good contacts nowadays. i will just have to see how it goes and hope that i am no over/under qualified for it.
on my schedule tonight is: a cam show, a few hours towards my photo retouching (belly dancer photos) freelance work, a couple hours towards redoing the braids along my part (for extra interview neatness), site work (mostly adding new galleries) and if i have time i’ll do some free work for my cousin-in-law’s band site.
