I just took a hot bath with a butter my bath ball and some blackberry sage soap. I then smeared myself with some cocoa butter when I got out and then some powder and am all cozy now and I am drinking some organic black cherry tea with cream in it (tastes like cheesecake with the cream) and I am going to watch a movie soon

i’m going to start reading michael robin mcginley’s hero and a crown tonight. i found it when unpacking my books onto our new bookshelves and remembered how much i loved it and wanted to share it with him 🙂
i think it’s neat that you guys read to each other. i like reading aloud but danny wouldn’t be into the books i like.
shhh! this is my way of introducing him to the stuff i like 🙂
it started with him reading me harry potter, which we both like. then he started reading a story that i liked the sound of as it was kind of postapocalyptic, so i asked him to read it to me. after this current book we are going to read heinlein’s “time enough for love” which is one of his favorites. i’m not a heinlein fan, but i’m interested in it since it’s one of his favorites and he references it from time to time.
My weekend was ok…
Just too short…now it’s bitter cold outside and it’s going down to 4 degrees tonight…:o/ You must smell wonderful…ive never heard of the cranberry bath oil.
It was alpha keri bath and tea and snuzzling.

it was too cold to do anything “outdoors” this weekend. even the cats didn’t want to go outside, though teego is such a snow cat he wouldn’t mind seeing some more snow. went down to the apartment office and picked up a key for the new fitness center. very nice with some new equipment and some free weights to boot.
it’d be nice if they did more renovations other than the front area. the new entranceway and fitness center/rec room are nice but i’ve been waiting for months to get the hole in my bathroom ceiling fixed, and we could use some new paint…

Sunday AM was spent out in it building a small fence to keep the doggies out of the strawberry patch.
