well, danny jump-started my car yesterday evening and it started up. i guess the real test will be when i go out there in a bit to try again at my errands. i am worried it will work at first then strand me somewhere. but danny works close and i will be sure to have my cell phone with me (that is the whole reason i maintain one – it’s not like anyone calls me).
i wonder why the battery would go dead after the car has only sat for a week? i didn’t leave lights on. i practically never drive at night since i haven’t had an on-site contract since it started getting dark early. i am pretty psycho about checking my lights sevveral times while i am driving cause i am always worried i bumped the knob. and my shit-box goes BEEP BEEP if i try to leave my car with them on. can a car just drain the battery on it’s own?
just like when a computer crashes then mysteriously works again… i feel uneasy not knowing why.
