one of the projects i’ve been working on is a site redesign for my aunt’s albuquerque needlwork shop. i first did the graphics in 97 or 98 and they are still there. yipes. i decided it might be neat if i made a small cross-stitch pattern that my aunt could stitch and scan for me to use on the site. anyone who knows me well knows i can’t do any creative-type-thing half-assed, so now the design has become quite large and complex. i have expanded it to a full design since shop customers who have seen previews want to stitch it. i have the design done, now i have to pic the colors and chart it. oy! its definitely the biggest xstitch design i have done! this is what it will look like:
this evening we went to the bulk grocery. woo bulk grocery! the main objective was to get laundry soap so i can be laundry beatch tomorrow while i work. we bought a lot of animal treats too. we spoil them. i found the newest earth’s children book for half price! *faint* i am rereading the forst 4 though since i read them like 10 years ago. i am old-ish. i am just about done the first. when danny finished loading the car, i zoomed across the parking lot full-speed on the shopping cart to put it in the overflowing cart coral. a guy gathering carts at a further one motioned me to his coral so i got a running start and headed that way. he laughed and stood like a baseball catcher but i stopped well short of him. “having fun tonight are we?” i just smiled and ran to the car.
