yey i had loads of fun with 
kari! we definatly need to get together more often – i am so good at going months without setting up get-togethers. she took me out to eat at a vegitarian place (she is vegan and i am vegitarian with some cheese allergies) i had a yummy salad with avacado slices and peanut dressing.
she went with me to some stores since i was plannign to try to 
find comfortable walking sandels this afternoon at kohls anyway. but i had no luck. everything was unreasonable for walking as much as i do when i am out. we did each get a pair of jeans! click for a bigger picture of them. they are a bit cheesy but cute and would look good with browns and tans. i am already wearing them (tags still attached) with my favorite t-shirt (and the only natural color tee i have, poop) even though i’ll wear this outfit on sunday i think.
danny has agreed to look around dulles mall with me tonight. the listings say it has a walking shoe store so perhaps i’ll have luck there. i think he secretly wants me to be rid of the ugly black flip flops, hee.
