iee, i just came really close to throwing up. i haven’t thrown up since i was a little girl. i decided i didn’t like so i just told myself to stop. i don’t even throw up when i have the flu now. but that awful feeling i thought i’d forgotten hit me so hard and fast i made a dash for the bathroom. when i reached the door i stopped myself and told my mind to get control back. i just stood there centering myself and drinking lots of water.
i am all shaken so i am goinging to bed now. my work is done and my stomach feels all wrong still. ick.
