well we tried… danny used tools to unscrew the trap. i hadn’t run water since i dropped it in, but it wasn’t there. just some kitty litter and a contact lens. hrmph. thanks for all the instructions!

assuming you haven’t run more water and the trap is still off, you might try shining a flashlight down the drain and see if the charm is stuck to the side, or straighten out a coat hanger and try scraping the insides of the drain with the trap off and a bucket under the drain to catch anything that falls
