and that conversion, was a cluster**** in itself, especially the nagging voicemail calls from comcast on a daily basis informing you of how many days you had left to convert your email address.
and even when you completed the conversion, you still got the voicemails asking you to convert until the very last day of service.
plus, they won’t convert to support outlook. we have to use outlook express. 😛
