i did that when i was in high school, then i found out i had mono.
and then i did that a couple months ago and found out i was pregnant.

Maybe your tired from all the irregular sleeping you have been doing and its finally caught up with you…:o)

I vote for this theory. Changing sleep patterns will make me feel groggy, just as too little sleep will. I’d bet if you stick with the same hours for a couple of days (assuming it’s a reasonable number of hours) your internal clock will synch up.
