stephanie is: groggy groggy…

i tried for two hours to get more sleep to get rid of the dizzy sick feeling due to lack of sleep but it just didn’t happen. i got like 20 minutes of sleep total and laid there with my eyes closed the rest of it.

gonna eat and do work now. blort!

    hope you feel better.. Try an afternoon cat nap.. They work really well for me when I could’t get a good nights rest..

  2. Nasty ick burns off mid-afternoon

    If you actually got a little sleep..then the nasty should burn off bt mid-afternoon…by tonight you’ll feel perfectly normal…however… It does throw the sleep cycle way off.

      hehe i did work it off. done my work now and i feel awake. just in time to clean – fun. :b
