this cold is still hanging on. how long do colds last? it has been a while since i’ve had one so i don’t remember… i got an earache last night and it was mostly tolerable but has gotten worse. i took a hot shower in hopes of breaking up some of the congestion but it got worse and i had to lay down a while. i had a few sneezing crackfits which hurt my lungs but it felt good to sneeze. i have had a sneezy feeling 24/7 for days. grrrrmph.

I think the old wive’s tale on length of colds is three days coming, three days here and three days going.
I’ve never kept track, though.
