i went upstairs to shower but found a workout show on tv instead. the 30 minutes flew by too fast caust they’d do 5 minutes of show then 2 minutes of commercials. i had to keep the routine going in between segments. i got more ideas for my before-bedtime routines tough. china was loosing her mind while i did excersizes with my weights. she thinks they a two big red bones that i am keeping from her.

i have been doing nightly arm and ab excersizes for a couple weeks and i am actually starting to get sme shape to my skinny arms…



i just went in the kitchen to get china some water since i heard her scooting her bowl around. i could only fornd her food bowl. i looked everywhere. then i realized she had somehow stacked her food bowl on tp of her half-full water bowl. what a dork.

off to shower now.

  1. wow good for you! zeke carries my dumbbells around like toys. it’s funny watching him try to balance his weight out..so he sways back and forth when he walks. he uses my excercise equipment more than i do! he runs on my tread too! so funny!

    yer right dogs are dorks! but, fun ones!

    I was very shocked and intimidated by such a display of feminine brute force and aggression… but as long as I kept telling myself it was only a picture, I did ok….

    Keep going! I don’t want you to stop until I’m afraid to leave the house for fear of seeing that arm on the street!

    wow look at you.. your getting buff… You should coincider some form of protein sublimentation as well. Ive seen what cha eat and doesn’t seem like theres allot of protien. You can go to the local GNC or offline… You wont “bulk up” but your body will be given the essential elements it needs to create mussle fibers.:)

    Keep up the good work !~ I hope my arms look that good soon too ! I have begun the 3 times a week schedule at the gym I have been going to. I hope it works for me as well as the excersising has worked for you.

    … I wish I could be a little less lazy. My arms have enough muscles to bring food to my mouth, but nothing more 🙂
