groggy…
just woke up from a 3 hour nap. oooof! i was freezing when i laid down, sweating when i got up, and now i am chilly.
i woke up to an email requesting an interview. it is for a junior designer position (i had one up to senior in my old company) but i had sent my resume anyway. i just now had to install flash 5 to get their size to work, doh. seems weird that they wouldn’t have an html version… their little animated flash car showed me that even a dolt lke me would be able to find my way there in 10 minutes.
ack. i was in the middle of writing all that and i got bad stomach cramps and had to go potty. that is what happens when i am stressed deep inside but am trying to ignore it. perhaps the idea of an interview is scarier than i am letting myself believe…?
anyway, i should go ahead and do the intervew – more for me to see what they are about. i would just need to update my hand-held protfolio (ie print sites out) and perhaps throw together something in flash since that is what they seem to be about.
hmmm i do they i will still do the cam show unless i start feeling uber oogy again.probably 10 pm edt since i don’t know when we’ll eat dinner. danny is still asleep.
just remember
you don’t have to take the first job offered you. since this is somewhat a demotion, just tell’em what ya think and see what happens, at least you’ll know they hired you for your opinions in addition to your skills.
i’d rest up instead of show, unless its relaxing for ya.

Gee I wonder if you two got the spring-time oogy flu.. One of those types of flu’s where you have to let it pass through you once so you will be imune to it the next time it comes around…

And any interview is a good experience, especially if you haven’t had one in awhile. Even if they don’t want you, or you’re too good for them :-), I hope it’ll be a good experience for you.
ugh- i hate that. feel better punquin. I was asleep during the day 2day, in sunlight with flannel pajamas on- which was lame because I woke up on fire. yuk
